My passion for baking began at 10 years old. The foundation of this passion already existed in my family's love and skill in culinary arts. Leading up to Brownie by Bree, I baked in my parents Jamaican restaurant and later attended college to study culinary arts. During this time, I ran an online specialty cake bakery for several years. In the midst of it all, I realized that I wanted to focus on what my customers love the most -- Brownies!
